Member Pulse Prize Draw Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD:
The Member Pulse prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) will run from 00:00 on the 1st day of the month to 23:59 on the final day of the month (UK time). A prize draw will be held at the end of each calendar month during this period.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or contractors of Researchbods (part of the STRAT7 group) (the “Promoter”), or any third party directly involved in the administration of the Prize Draw, or members of their immediate families or households. Employees and contractors of Principality Building Society (the “Sponsor”) may participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
Members who have been invited to participate in Member Pulse will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw each time they complete a survey, quick poll or discussion during the Prize Draw Period. Each completed activity will count as one entry and will imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. ENTRY LIMIT:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple identities, email addresses or automated methods to enter the Prize Draw, or who otherwise attempts to manipulate the entry process.
5. RIGHT TO VERIFY:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and the validity of any entry. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is unable to provide such information or who is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. THE PRIZES:
Each Month during the Prize Draw Period, 33 Prizes will be available to be won, with a total prize value of £400 per month. Each prize will consist of a voucher selected by the winner through Ovation, an external rewards management platform used to administer and fulfil prizes. Voucher use may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant retailer and/or Ovation.
Each monthly draw will include one £50 voucher, two £25 vouchers and thirty £10 vouchers. Voucher use may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant retailer.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
7. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:
At the end of each calendar month, 33 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month. The chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entries that are not selected in a monthly draw will not be carried forward to future monthly draws.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:
Following each monthly draw, the Promoter will contact each winner using the email address provided during registration and provide details of how to access their prize through Ovation.
Winners must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter and Ovation to select and redeem their chosen voucher. Voucher expiry dates and redemption terms may vary depending on the retailer chosen.
If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries for that draw.
Any queries relating to voucher selection, redemption or fulfilment should be directed to Ovation in accordance with the instructions provided to the winner.
Ovation Privacy Information
To select and redeem your voucher, you will be directed to Ovation, an independent rewards platform. If you choose to claim a prize, certain personal information (such as your name and email address) may be shared with Ovation solely for the purpose of administering and fulfilling your reward. Ovation will process your personal data in accordance with Ovations privacy policy.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter or Sponsor may wish to feature winners in reasonable publicity and promotional activity relating to the Prize Draw, including but not limited to, their respective websites, social media channels and other marketing materials. By entering, all entrants agree to this.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries or any technical issues which may prevent participation in the Prize Draw or affect the operation of the Prize Draw.
Any automated acknowledgement of submission receipt does not constitute confirmation of a valid entry into the Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the operation of the Prize Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, including where circumstances arise which are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter and Sponsor are not responsible for any technical issues affecting the operation of Ovation or any third-party retailer platform. Any issues relating to voucher redemption or fulfilment should be raised directly with the relevant provider.
Personal data provided in connection with the Prize Draw will be used only for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials relating to the Prize Draw, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES:
Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, the Sponsor, nor any of their agents or distributors shall in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from acceptance or use of a prize, except where it is caused by their negligence or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. WINNERS LIST
Except where prevented by law, a winner’s list comprising the community members’ screen names and County of residence, may be obtained within ninety (90) days following the Prize Draw Period. The winner’s list can be obtained by sending an e-mail to hello@principality.pulse.co.uk. All entrants agree that their screenname and County may be so disclosed. Entrants shall inform the Promoter if they object to such disclosure. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
